The school is just not budging.
They schedule a meeting, but they don’t want to. Dismiss your concern. Give you excuses.
You think maybe they are already doing everything they can. Don’t they want what’s best for your child, too?
But your child’s grades keep sliding. They are clearly struggling. So you lie awake at night, feeling helpless and sick with worry.
Your child deserves better. The school is legally obligated to do better.
We know the law and the game the school is playing. We know how to hold them accountable and make them cooperate. We won’t give up till we get the best possible support for your child.
Yep! That's accurate & growing!
We’ll help you get a new Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan for your child, or review an existing one to make sure they are getting the best support possible. We will:
Participate in the meetings with your school and advocate for your child on your behalf
Prepare and file state complaints when the school district doesn’t follow the IEP
Attend manifestation meetings when children are at risk for being expelled or forced to change schools because of behavioral issues
Assist you with due process cases
IEP Advocate has empowered thousands of parents and caregivers to stand up for their children’s rights.
Here’s what some of them have to say:
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the entire IEP Advocate team. They called, emailed and kept me in the loop with every step and detail.
Without the help of The IEP Advocate, I never would have been successful in securing an IEP for my daughter so fast. They were assertive in meetings where I was unsure and overwhelmed. I loved working with each Advocate so much! Thank you for everything xo!
For the first time in years of IEP meetings we felt like we were heard & able to make the necessary progress to update the IEP. There is absolutely NO way we would have been able to get the changes made without the expertise & tenacity of our IEP advocate.
This is the first meeting I haven't cried during because I knew he was getting everything he needed. A++ would recommend, would recommend this for ANYONE with autistic children regardless of difficulties with the school. Worth absolutely every penny. Just can't say enough good things.
The IEP Advocate, has been a life saver in helping me navigate the best way to help my son get what he needs to be successful in school.
Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and have been wonderful. I recommend them to my friends and family with kiddos who need help because they are gifted or have a learning difference.
I appreciate all the support by the IEP. They represented my son in a professional caring way, as if he was their own child. I was lost to all the terminology with the school officials; however, the IEP advocates explained everything to me and made sure that my son was going to receive the proper education that he has not been receiving.
It is like a dark cloud that has been hanging over is gone and my son is looking forward to succeeding. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart
They are very organized, considerate and professional. The Advocates could see things during the meeting that I did not see before, besides mentioned points to take into account and demanding the rights of my daughter.
They had a lot of patience and they are patient for everything and did everything as expected and more. The IEP Advocate fulfilled all that is required for the best education of our children.
My day is always brightened with a call from one of the advocates or staff at The IEP Advocate. They are knowledgeable and ready with all the information I need but also so kind and quick to go the extra mile to help with everything I ask. I highly recommend this group of talented advocates.

Welcome to the family! Breathe a sigh of relief -- we’ve got you from here!
Next, an appointment time is set up with you to have a consultation via conference line with an experienced certified advocate who will review your documents and listen to your concerns help develop a plan to make things right.
Your advocate will work with you to create an action plan to get the school’s attention and your child help:
• We’ll write any letter on your behalf telling the school the problems and what they need to do to fix the situation. That get’s the ball rolling! School districts do NOT ignore our letters…they respond…sometimes the same day!
• Your personal advocate team is available to answer your questions.
• If you choose, your advocate can also participate in your IEP meetings. The goal is to make sure the school listens to you, that they don’t lie to you, and your child receives all the services they’re eligible for
from the school.
(Meeting fee applies)
“This was the first time I walked out of an IEP meeting without crying! My advocate really made the school listen and they actually put a plan together right then and there!”
